Account information

  • Job information - job title, profession and organization
  • Contact details - email address, address, telephone number and fax number (later is optional)

This information is used to administer your user account and allow us to process any reservation requests you make for resources. This includes sending emails to keep you informed as to what is happening with your reservation requests.

You can view and update your information at any time by going to your account.

If you no longer wish to use the system and would like your account to be deleted, please contact us.


When you post a review of a resource, your name and any information that you post in the review is made publically available.

You can edit or delete your reviews at any time by going to your account.

Your marketing preferences

As a core part of the service we will send you occasional emails with service updates and guideline updates.

Details of your visit to our website
